The 43rd SJVE Annual Conference
Greetings
Welcome to the 43rd SJVE Conference in Tokyo.
The concept of this year's Conference is "A Change is an Opportunity!" As Charles Darwin said, "It is not the strongest of the species that survives, nor the most intelligent that survives. It is the one that is the most adaptable to change", Value Engineering efforts need to be changed to "enviroment-responsive".
The conference features a variety of lectures, practical case reports, technical presentations, international session, and much more - well suited for the conference theme to respond to the needs of many Value Engineers.
The most important challenge to globally survive in a competitive and difficult time we are facing, is to figure out the changes in enironment.
The conference program is organized by the following 3 phases or key points:
Phase 1. Predicting the change
Phase 2. Management Strategy predicting the future trends
Phase 3. Evolving with new technologies
