ACTIVITIES – PROFESSIONAL COMMITTEES

SJVE has 7 professional committees, each comprising professionals and experts in their respective fields, whose function is to discuss and determine the basic policy and direction of the Society’s business activities.

This committee is engaged in the nomination and review of Management Consultant Certification, which is accredited by the All-Japan Federation of Management Organizations. Applying the Management Consultant criteria, this committee nominates eligible applicants for approval by the All-Japan Federation of Management Organizations, and certification to practice as a “Management Consultant (MC)”.

The Award Screening Committee is responsible for the establishment of SJVE honors and awards programs to recognize both organizations and individuals who have made significant contributions to the advancement of this Society, and to the promotion of Value Engineering in Japanese industrial circles. According to the nomination criteria, the Committee reviews candidates for each award and nominates those who qualify by sending a recommendation to the Board of Directors for its final approval.
